Get a foam roller similar to this - put your weight on the roller on whatever hurts (calves, IT bands, hamstrings, quads, etc) and roll across the affected area
IT Band stretches - IT band tightness is very common and presents with pain on the outside of your knee and tightness between the outside of the knee and the hip
Iron Deficiency - very common for girls
